Did you know raw vegetables are the most easily digested? While raw veggies may not make you feel "full" they DO keep you the most energized and are the most nutritious! But, many people like to feel full after a meal. If this is you there are certain foods that will obtain this:
-banana's take 45 minutes to digest. Most fruits only take 15 minutes so if you eat one every day for breakfast you will feel full for a much longer time than after most fruit servings. (I guess this is why I get hungrier faster on days when I have not eaten a banana!)
-dates are also a food that help you to feel full. Eating 10 of them will give you energy as well as brain fuel!
